According to a Canadian website it is...
IS 300 AWD Top speed (mfr's claim): 130 mph (another says 131 mph)
According to Lexus for an IS 350 RWD it is...
IS 350 Top speed (mfr's claim): 143 mph
I cannot find any manufacturers info so it is probably 130 mph or not much more than that.

With the "limiter" I believe its around 134 mph ish for AWD.. 143-145 mph if its RWD...
