Unsure of Suspension/Alignment Issue
Hey, I currently own a 2015 Lexus IS250 AWD F-Sport. I had Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 4 installed around 28k miles ago (at costco) and they have been great! But I noticed that the inside of the fronts are wearing out more than the rest of the tire, mainly the driver is worse. Now I know that the first thing that comes to mind is LCA bushings but my only confusion with that is that everyone else I've seen talk about the inner tire wear issue caused by LCA bushings barely get 10k miles before they blow out or show wire. Mine are 28k miles in and aren't showing wire yet and have been good other than that. I'm lost in terms of what the issue could be, I know that getting stiffer LCA bushings would be good but I'm not sure if I even need them considering I made over 28k miles on my current set and they are still going. I don't mind getting stiffer LCA bushings but if I don't need to spend the extra money I'd rather not if it's still good. Thankfully I know the guy at the Costco Tire by me and he gave it a look and suggested I get the alignment and front end looked at and suggested that after I get it looked then he might warranty it out for me. But before I get those new tires I really want to correct the issue, if there even is an issue...?
I don't know if my LCA bushings are bad because there is some inner tire wear but I made it over 28k miles on my tires and they are still in good shape except for a bit of excess wear on the inside of the driver side. Attached are pictures of the issue. Each photo is labeled as to which side is which.

LCA is the cause of that issue, or you might just need to do an alignment if you haven't done one yet.

Ya, I think Ill start with an alignment first and see where I am currently. I figured that my LCA's were bad at first but if they were bad wouldn't my tires wear out faster (<10k miles)? That kind of leads me to believe their okay as of now...

That is what I was thinking but its 50/50 in my opinion. First I would do alignment hoping the toe is off and hopefully fixes your problem. Otherwise, second option would be the LCA bushing.

The fact that you've made it almost 30k on a set of front tires is good. A big part of the problems you hear about is the tires themselves, however. A lot of the reason for the inner wear being so obvious was the terrible OE Bridgestone tires. They wear out very quickly.

Ya, I've had three people tell me its impressive that I got 28k miles out of the tires in general so that also leads me to believe it's still alright. I will note that the warranty on my tires is for 45k (but they said since its staggered fitment its limited to 50% or 22,500). I think I'll do an alignment first and see what the outcome is and then if I can snag the warranty out for them I will and run that until (or if) I encounter the tire wear issue. Granted though at that point I would have gotten a second set of tires essentially for free so I wouldn't be mad even if they got destroyed <10k miles. But I would like to take care of the LCA bushings if that is the issue now since I drive a lot.

I will say, I had about 20k on a set of BFGoodrich G-Force Comp-2 A/S tires on my 2016 IS 300 AWD, and they looked great at that mileage, too. They still had about 6/32" left and no inner wear. I think tires themselves can have something to do with it.
