Something about transmission I guess

I moved the car out of my storage unit this morning when it was about 5 degrees Celsius (41 degrees Fahrenheit). After starting the car and shifting it into reverse, I didn't feel it rolling. So, I gave it a little bit of gas, and the revs went up to 2500 to 3000 RPM, and it started reversing at a slow speed. I then put it in neutral, waited for a few seconds, and shifted it into drive, but it still didn't roll forward without touching gas paddle. Finally, I shifted it into park and then shifted it again, and everything seemed to go back to normal. After that, I checked with the ECU scanner, but no code appeared. Does anyone know if there's something wrong or if something caused this issue?

I check the level at the dealer they don’t see anything wrong with it. My friend suggested me to do the fluid flushing. And switch from oem fluid to motul.

Dealership can’t find anything wrong and they think it’s a matter of chance the gear did fully engage with in low temperatures. The mechanic at dealer told me that transmission fluid does warm up as engine oil. And especially after long period of low temperature parking they are recommending give it a good warning up.
