You didn’t say what year your car is, or if you have a warranty. If under warranty, take it back and have them sort it out. Sounds like a stalk issue, but flashers are cheap, so if sorting this on your own you could start with the flasher, just to rule it out.

No warranty unfortunately, sorry forgot to say, the car is a 2017 IS300h. I can't find any video online for replacing the 3is flasher/turn stalk. Is there a guide on here or somewhere you can point me to?

Hi everyone,
I'm encountering problems with the turn signals of my IS 300h. Initially, when I begin to drive, all functions normally. However, after a while, issues arise: activating the left turn signal via the stalk is successful, but attempting the same for the right signal fails. Additionally, I'm unable to manually disengage the turn signal using the stalk; it only cancels when I adjust the steering wheel. The hazard lights, interestingly, operate without issue on both sides. What might be the underlying problems? Is it plausible that the issue lies with the turn stalk, or could there be another cause such as the flasher relay? Any help would be appreciated.
Edit: Car is a 2017 IS 300h

I'd start by swapping it. The flasher relay controls the hazards (left and right as well), so if the hazards work, it's not the relay.

Replace turn signal stalk
You could DM that thread’s starter to see what steps were needed after pulling the steering wheel.
