HVAC issue

Hi everyone,

I just disconnected battery terminal to clean MAF sensor, but there is an issue happened with HVAC system.

there is a small amount of air coming in even if I I turned air recirculation off. And there a bad smell coming from outside.

I removed the cabin air filter to see the flap and I found one flap door is only moving and the other one is stuck open ( when I press the button on & off)

please help what can I do?

According to your profile, you have a 2nd gen IS. This is the 3rd gen forum. You’ll probably get a better response by posting in the 2nd gen forum, or maybe a moderator will move this thread?

sorry I forgot to mention that
it’s 2016 Lexus is200t

no my 2is is my second car
the car i have issue with is 2016 Lexus is200t
