Default Lexus is350 driving issue

I’m facing a really weird issue on my is350 f sport 2017 model. It’s almost 120k miles and Since a couple of weeks after the car has been driven for quite sometime and then i switch off the car , after 30 mins or so when i start the car back again and put the gear on drive the car moves really slower than usual, when I press the gas pedal the car moves fine and shifts fine , however when i am approaching to a stop and I release the gas pedal it feels like the car is pulling me forward and feels like the car is applying break itself without my feet either on gas or break and slows down more quicker than it normally would. For example if normally selecting drive from a stop and release the break without pressing the gas pedal the car will move upto 5-7 km by itself , however with this issue it moves upto 2 km only .

Just to note , if I press my break hard from a stop the car will become fine and move fine on drive gear selection.

Just wanting to know if anyone experienced this or is it something normal after sometime ? I’ve polished my rotors and my break pads are looking fine. However issue still seems to be there only after the engine is still in the warm stage. In cold start in morning I don’t experience this issue.
