is300 and is350 compatibility

so i have a is300 awd and i was wondering if the is350 awd are compatible with parts.

Depends what parts, some visual and mechanical parts are compatible, but not everything

I was thinking exhaust, headers, coilovers and cosmetics (front lip, side skirts, trunk, hood etc)

Exhausts also should fit according to RR Racing:

Yes, like-for-like years of IS 300 AWD and IS 350 will be compatible. They have basically the same mechanicals. Same engine, exhaust, and for AWD, the transmission.
