I recently had an issue with my 2014 is 250 , radio/nav unit started endless loop of resetting. After much research into used units or remans, I found that it’s rather expensive to fix. Finally, I found a place on EBay that has a repair service. With some reluctance, I sent it in and it came back a week later working perfectly again. Hopefully this helps anyone out there with this issue, seems this was a problem that is common.
