Can the 14-20 IS hold a full size spare?

Can the 14-20 IS hold a full size spare?
Anyone try to fit at least the front 18in F sport wheel in the trunk of their IS? With ISF calipers not fitting the 17in spare (I assume since stock F sport wheels barely clear) I am looking to maybe stick an 18in wheel in the trunk.

Diameter wise it should fit, but width wise a standard wheel will not fit below the floor. Try your existing spare before chasing other options, maybe it fits.
