I have some problems with my 2014 Lexus IS250, the Bluetooth or I should say the whole audio system, it sometimes works but sometimes don’t make sounds at all, my Bluetooth does connect but no sound, my aux connects but no sounds. Even the radio makes no sound when there’s no sound from any of the sources by connecting. This happens all the time, sometimes working and sometimes not. Anyone know this issue?

Sound as if the amp is disconnected from signal or power or worse, blown out.

Component at location 9 is the amplifier. Check for disconnected wires (hopefully) or damage

I guess it’s damaged because I already checked that, I even unplugged and plugged it back in, and the amp fuses are all good. is there any way to check if it’s really that amplifier on location 9 that’s damaged.
