hey guys. just got my car this past tuesday. Its a 350 AWD Ultra White with Rioja Red interior. With all the bells and whistles. I absolutely love it. Even got the body side mouldings, door edge guards and tints done at the dealership for a great price. Mainly because I Park in my schools parking lot and dont want any door dings. Not many 20 years olds are whipping it as hard as I am and im pretty damn proud of it. Hard work does pay off. Car looks great and drives great. Pushed it a little today to see what the powers like and had my head against the seat. Going back to taking it easy for a while until i reach about 1000 miles or so. Coming from a 2011 corolla S. this is a huge upgrade lol. looking forward to getting to know you guys

unfortunately noticed the skirt on the passenger side toward the front is sticking out =(. Hopefully nothing to serious guess the dealership has to take it off and reset it? anyone else have this issue? noticed it the day after i purchsed the car.

Hi, everyone! New member here. I'm Chrissy and my 2014 IS350 F-Sport is just 3 days old. Previously had a fully loaded Starfire Pearl 2IS350. I love the vibe of the community here and figured I'd join and be a part of it all.

Packages in my 3IS include the F-Sport and Navigation System/Mark Levinson Premium Audio. Also with 18" black chrome wheels, BSM with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert, auto-dimming exterior mirrors, trunk mat, cargo net, wheel locks, rear bumper app.

Exterior color is Obsidian, and interior is Black NuLuxe.

Hi all -

Just a note to say hello. Just ordered an is350 f-sport RWD 3IS.

We almost signed on an Audi Q5, but thought we should drive a new IS as our 2007 IS350 was my wife's favorite vehicle that we've owned.

Had an interesting experience with the salesman. He must have really needed to make quota and we were in 1 day prior to last day of the month. He had no f-sports in stock and really tried to downplay them in order to sell something currently on the lot. The f-sport grille is not very attractive per my wife's taste and she was on the edge with the red interior - so the salesperson was really working against me. I finally pulled him aside and told him there was no way I was buying one of the cars on the floor, so we can either work together to find something or I'd take my business to the dealership 25 miles away.

Anyhow, that was frustrating, but overall a nice experience. I'm trading out of an 09 335i m-sport and looking forward to getting back into a lexus sedan.

Looking forward to being back on the forum.

Thanks for posting the pics Prepboy. I am getting the same color combination, hopefully within a week or so. The car was delivered to the Port of New York on Friday and the dealership is about 1.5 hours from there.

I love how the Nebula and the Rioja interior go together, sporty in a subtle kind of way. Good luck with your new ride!

I love the color combo. I was set on Ultra White with Rioja Red for a long time but then when I saw Nebula Grey in the show room I fell in love with the color.

New 3IS owner here. Looking forward to being a member of this forum. First Lexus for me, bought straight off the lot (wasn't even considering Lexus till that day!).

Ha! This is my story exactly. I opted for the silver for the exact same reasons (except to add that here in Texas dark cars are a bad idea due to heat) and I too am coming from a WRX STi. I ran a COBB full TBE stage-2 with JDM springs. That car was a beast and I had to accept that I will not have the insane torque and handling of the STI. I like the Sport S+ setting on my F-sport, but its just a hint of what the STI could do. For me however, the best thing I can actually hear music in my car now, and with the ML its quite a treat!

How were you able to get the rear sunshade on yours? The sales person kept insisting that the F-Sport didn't come available with rear sunshade.

The sunshade is an item that can be ordered. I find most sales people don't know what they are talking about. Kind of sad in today's day and age with all the technology at their finger tips.

My cars build is not common. This was a special order car that fell into my lap. I actually called the dealership, talked to Internet sales and they said the car was reserved but yet it was on auto-trader. Weird right!

Call a day later and talked to regular sales person who told me the car was available and that it was going through pre-delivery prep. Then we started the negotiations. When it was all said and done I was the first non Lexus employee to sit in the car.
