Tell you what, the electronics on these cars is substantial. Looks like a good learning curve ahead.

Hi everyone,
I just ordered a IS350 F from Evolution Leasing from Miami. I live in NC and car should be here Friday. Black on black with usual nav & blindspot as major options. I drove a regular IS 350 but not the F, but ordered it anyhow after all the good reviews. Looking forward to a new stablemate.
Will update with pictures over the weekend if my car makes it here on time.
Ciao!

During November we got 6+ ft of snow within 2 days which was crazy! Yeah this is a huge jump from an 03 Honda Accord Coupe V6. Technology wise.

IS350 F Sport
Hi everyone! I'm new to the forum, but not new to Lexus. I owned a 2004 IS300 for 10 years until I traded it in with 160k+ miles on it for the a 2014 IS350 F Sport. I bought the IS300 with 12 miles on it from a dealership in Carlsbad, CA. I recently bought the IS350 F Sport with 27 miles on it from the Newport Beach, CA dealership. The power upgrade was amazing for me. The sport suspension is really fun to drive, especially through the canyons in CA. Lots of great weather and roads for this type of car. I've already put 11k miles on the car and its only 6 months old. Love the IS series and will stick with it as long as they make them.
I live right next to Cook's Corner in the Trabuco Canyon, CA, so if anyone ever wants to go for an awesome drive just let me know. Another fun one is the Malibu Canyon drive.

1st Post
Just joined the forum today. I picked up my IS in December. Was trying to choose between the RC and the IS. After driving the RC, the choice was clear. For a 6'2" person, the RC (aka G37 clone) does not have the headroom needed. Particularly like the smaller door size for better entry exit from garage and tight spaces. Anyhow, greetings and I will be posting my stereo build process rationale a bit later.

New member and proud owner
I've been reading this forum for a few months now and finally decided to join. I got my Lexus back in November of 2014. I traded in my 2011 Subaru WRX for the Lexus. I put about $7,000 into the WRX and it was running 4.2 seconds 0-60mph and 11.9 seconds in the quarter mile, and then, boom, blew the engine. Piston rings in cylinder #4 completely shattered and scored the cylinder wall. Got all but $1500 of it covered under warranty, but after that I was done. Decided to get the car I always wanted, a Lexus.
Model: 2015 IS350 AWD F-Sport
Color: Ultra White w/ Rioja Red NuLuxe & Silver Performance Trim
Options: Navigation System Package / Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert and Electrochromic (auto-dimming) Outside Mirrors / All-Weather Floor Mats / Preferred Accessory Package - Trunk mat, cargo net, & wheel locks.
I live in western NY so AWD was mandatory (they don't even sell the RWD version here). Even though my WRX was faster, the IS350 is so much more car, I love it. I've been modifying cars off and on for 20 years so I'm looking forward to joining in some discussions.

Okay SUPER Jealous. I just picked up my 2015 350 F sport in Nebula, I went with Black interior, and I am regretting NOT getting the Roja. That is one SLICK looking combo. My dealership only had Roja in a few other exterior colors, I never had the ability to see this combo. Congrats on the sweet ride! Let me know if you do anything special to it.

hello to all. i'm new to these forums, but not new to the lexus family. as of yesterday, i'm a new owner of a bouncing baby is3 f sport! i've been lurking through these forums gathering great info as i was between choosing this or the 335i. my previous bucket was a solar yellow '03 is300 and i miss it already...haha. but i'm sure i'll slowly ease into this new bucket. thanks to these forums, i know i'll continue to be broke for the next couple of years...haha. can't wait to interact on the daily and maybe meet some of the members sooner than later.
