True but I don't care, I can count on my fingers how many times I used cup holders since I got my DL. I don't drink and drive

its much better than what I have now in 2IS, where 2nd is completely unusable.

Yes I think we all know there are two different grill / bumper setups, but for some, me at least, the camo pics aren't enough to convey what the non fsport will really look like when all that crap is taken off.

Its hard to say, but the camo pics do tend to suggest theres going to be a space between the upper and lower grill a'la the GS, LS & ES.

We've seen quite a few videos of it already before, but what we haven't seen is the gauge when the car is in action. I want to know whether background changes color near the shifting points and whether the tach needle leaves a rev mark after downshifting, upshifting, and lift-offs. These little details add a lot to the visual excitement IMHO.

Lexus needs to realize that eventually, they will have to do some sort of column mounted shifter so that the remote touch and cup holders have a spot. You just cant have remote touch, cup holders, and shifter all in the same area.

the best location for cup holders if they really want al three would be in front of the shifter underneath the dash

Thats where they are on the GS.

I just hate column mounted shifters. Theres something about having a nice shifter on the console.

Well the LFA doesn't have a shifter on the console. But then again it doesn't have a cupholder either.

Your passenger will like the new location a lot less though.
