One thing I noticed, only 1 speaker on the (front) door now? So the car goes from a 12 speaker + Sub system (base) to (what looks like) 6 speaker?

Yup I noticed this several days ago and no one else seemed to care at the time. And this is the ML-equipped model (there's a clearly visible ML logo on the center console)! Really a shame that the ML system is getting such a big downgrade. I'm still hoping that they're hiding the speakers in some unconventional places though.

oh wow, I didn't realize this was ML!!! My BASE audio has 13 speakers! This would be a serious downgrade if the high end ML system only has 7 speakers

Lets hope they are hidden speakers somewhere Gonna be paying attention to the reveal!

^ I was just thinking about the speakers today too. It looks like the tweeter sits on top of the mid range speaker(is that possible?) on the front doors. Looking at the back, there's a mid at the bottom, and a tweeter to the right of the door handle. I'm hoping they don't downgrade the speaker amount either.

Bummer. I really like heated and cooled seats but what's the main reason for omission of cooled seats on Fsport? To save weight? Does it really weight that much?

Dunno if it is true, but I consider it just cost cutting. Seeing how FSport and IS-F should have the same seats, I'm not keeping my hopes up either...........

I think there are 2 speakers at the bottom corners of the windshield. Looks like some grills in there.
