I do agree that the stickers are both RWD models due to the 8 speed. However, when I ordered mine in May, the two F-Sport package prices were $3,115.00 (AWD) and $3,620.00 (RWD). Blind Spot Monitor is a stand alone option for either that had no pricing at the time.
It appears as if Lexus may have screwed up the second sticker and priced the wrong F-Sport Package onto it.

$65 insrease for ALL SEASON TIRES is visible for $3180 + the AWD setup is another $2235 to the base price..!!

The pursuit of F
I got 500$ only because I'm a 4th time repeat buyer at same dealer/sales guy and thought that was a good deal. If you now got 1K$ off, pull the trigger right away!

I did order Blind Spot and Radar Cruise even though there were not prices listed.

that's what i was thinking too! I mean i know its hard to negotiate the MSRP price on a new model already, but since i got 1k off the MSRP i couldn't resist and i made my deposit on it this morning!

I agree that it is hard to negotiate, especially when a deal is done without knowing the exact price. My dealer and I came to an agreement that ended up being fair for both of us so the special order could be put through. I think that getting 1k off sticker is pretty good. I have said this before with many posts, there is a premium that is paid to be one of the first. Also, I do not want to sound arrogant, just truthful, but if that premium breaks the bank then the bank was already broken.

I did some research on the price sheet released in April, and I do see some different numbers when comparing them to the these recent Window Stickers..
$1,000 off sticker is a good deal, especailly on a First Delivery & Special Order..

I was shown a breakdown on Tuesday when I went to see a '14 IS 250 up close and personal, and the individual options are actually a little less expensive than what was anticipated. We had
The car as ordered:
$39,465 - Base IS 350 RWD
$3,620 - F-Sport Package
$3,225 - Navigation / Mark Levinson Package
$400 - Variable Gear Ratio Steering
$500 - Dynamic Radar Cruise Control
$210 - Rear Sunshade
$600 - Blind Spot Monitor
$895 - Delivery
$48,915 - Total
When I ordered, we were anticipating just over $50,000 and came to a deal that included accounting for the unknown pricing. Basically, if Lexus pricing changed, so did my pricing. It was nice to see the pricing come in less than anticipated. This very rarely happens. As far as discount, I got what appears to be the standard 1k.

I hope when the Window Sticker prints for your car, it prints @ $48,410 MSRP
Looking forward to seeing your Special Oorder arrive..

My dealer is now working off the printed prices that they have received. There is no sticker for the vehicle yet. It would be nice to see the price drop for the second time.
I am extremely anxious to see it arrive.
