65% residual I believe
Money Factor on edmunds .00050 and .00070
Sorry - need the msrp also so we can calculate an accurate residual value.

Thanks

My bad, $41,900

This is what I'm shooting for....especially with 2016's coming out in the next month or two (my guess).

2015 Lexus IS250 RWD
F Sport Package
Blind Spot
Rear Camera

36 Month Lease
10k Miles a Year
MSRP: $41,900.00

With the risidual at 65% from what you said, how do I figure out what the sales price would need to be to get to this payment....assuming money factor of .00050 or .00070.

Goal: $399.00 a month total with $0 down and $0 out of pocket. May do first months payment down if need be.

If the 38450 selling price does not include the current 500 lease incentive, per all the info you've provided, with the .0007 MF, zero drive off (they would use the 500 toward drive off), the payment should be right around 418 incl 6% sales tax. With the .0005 MF, it should be around 404. To get to your goal of 399, get them to knock about 700 off the selling price for the .0007 and just a couple hundred if they give you the .0005 MF. You might be able to do that because so far, you only have a discount of $3450 off msrp - but I don't know how your market is there. We're pretty spoiled here in CA.

Also, if the 38450 selling price already INCLUDES the 500 incentive, then the above estimated payments would be about $15 higher.

Good luck and keep us posted.

How can I knock this down? MSRP seems high... I wanna be paying around 331/mo (after tax), which is what I currently pay for a 2013 G27S.

Have you contacted the Internet Dept to request a quote? Many FL deals have been similar to CA deals - 10% or more discount off msrp. But you have to request quotes and enter into negotiations to get things started. Contact as many dealer Internet Depts as you can and get some competition going. Highly unlikely you will get to 331 on a 350 unless you get a massive discount and use maximum multiple security deposits (MSDs).

Without knowing all the details of the lease terms you are looking for, on that particular car, a rough estimate would be around 450 incl 6% sales tax, using the 500 lease incentive as drive off. Once you get details like msrp, negotiated selling price, lease length, mileage, residual, and money factor, an accurate payment can be calculated.

For anyone interested, I have verified that you can place orders for 2016 IS now. There is no estimate for when delivery will be. Tomorrow I will try to find out if there is any firm information about changes for 2016.

Just stay patient and be firm - you might be able to land a great deal in the next few days because it's the end of the quarter.

Is250 f sport with nav
43,499 msrp
2000 down
10k mi a year
$358 a mo
Pretty good lease deals in California
I could of gotten them lower but my credit did not come out as I expected.

Yes, the link azmojo posted in post 2364 is a great guide to go by.

Lexus vehicles can get a little complicated for quotes because of the varying equipment packages but when trying to get lease quotes I usually say something like:

"Please provide me your best lease quote on a 2015 IS350 RWD F-sport with Nav/ML/BSM. In the quote, please provide the total monthly lease payment, including sales tax for a 24 month/10k mile a year term with $500 due at signing."

Sending an email like this to as many dealers as you can usually yields enough serious quotes that you can determine which dealers will genuinely compete for your business. As you move further along in the process, you can establish phone contact to confirm things like money factor, residual, and exact equipment configuration of any specific vehicles you are interested in. If you don't want dealer add-ons, be sure the dealer rep absolutely understands that and that you will not go through with any deal that includes them.

Don't worry, as long as you didn't lease for more than 36 months, you still did pretty good - even if they jacked your money factor a little, looks like you still got around 10-11% off msrp.

Congrats and enjoy your new IS!
