Price Paid for an IS250/350?

It is more like since you have to order it you won't be able to talk them down as much. Have you looked for these options at other Lexus dealers? You may have to drive a bit to find the options you want on an in-stock vehicle.

But good idea, I should look up dealerships further away from me to see if there is any that has the options I'm looking for. (Already did search up to 100 miles radius though lol)

2016 IS 350F RWD Lease
Hi everyone. Newbie here. Let me start by saying thank you to all of this helpful information from everyone! I'm in the process of negotiating right now and this forum has helped me a lot (I've read pretty much most of the pages). I still have a few questions that i don't understand since i've never finance/leased a car before. In my situation, i'm going for a lease and i just got my first quote. Please let me know if it's a good first offer. I'm in San Francisco and FICO score is in the 780s
2016 IS 350F RWD black/black
Navi and Mark Levinson package
36 months/10k miles a year
Sell price: $43,390 + tax, lic
Doc fee: $80
Acquisition fee: $700
DMV/reg: $391
Dealer rebate: $500
Recent college graduate incentive: $1,000
Money factor starts at .00100
9 MSD = $3,150
Residual = $32,625
Drive off = $1,500
Total drive off with MSD = $4,650
Monthly payments with tax included = $342
The monthly payment looks very attractive, but is the overall deal good? I may consider buying the car at end of lease.
Also, do i get all of my MSD back at end of lease if i return the car with no problems? Is the $1,500 drive-off for the dealership to keep or can I get that back?
I'd greatly appreciate any help with this! Thanks in advance!

Also, the .001 starting MF sounds high for your credit score, but I don't know the most recent MFs. I think my starting MF with worse credit for a 2015 a few months ago was .00075

Glad to hear some folks picking up 2016s now. Really shouldn't matter if the vehicle you want is inventory or if they order. If you're serious they will work with you. Sounds like the only thing I'm missing in our 2015 is heated steering and the new cruise control.
If MSRP is 50k+-ish then people are negotiating to 44.5-45k and then TTL around 48k should be right around 10% savings which isn't bad considering availability seems a bit low compared to last year.

She sent me a list of the break down of the car with packages and accessories, fully loaded, comparing the retail and dealership price. Retail price is $49,433 and dealer price is $46,390.
As for the MSD, I read from someone in the forum saying that each security deposit brings the MF down by .00008? If this is correct, then my MF after my MSD should be .00028? (my MF started at .001)
Thanks, everyone!

Just picked up 2014 Ultra White/Rioja Red, RWD, ML/NAV, BSM for $40k OTD for all Taxes, Licensing etc.
Seems to be a lease Trade In, only 12.5k Miles with clean car fax...
I've seen better deals here and there but this was local, and had everything I was looking for.

Hi Everyone,
I am looking to purchase a 2016 IS 200T F Sport with Navigation.
Just out of curiosity, what would your opinion be on a good deal?
MSRP $44,200.
This is an answer I am looking for.
Average Deal - $41,000
Great Deal - $38,000
Fantastic Deal (but possible!) - $36,000
These numbers are from what I've researched, but I was curious if this is a good ballpark.
I am located in Northern California if that makes a difference.

First offer from 1 dealer:
2016 IS350 FSport NAV, BSM, ML
msrp 49469
Sale Price 44011
36 Months
15K miles
MF .00100
0 Down, 0 security dep.
Total Monthly Payments including CA tax: $492
I'm trying to get it to 450 including tax, think it's doable? I'm willing to put up to about 1500 toward MSD but first dealer said it wouldn't make too much of a difference.

Looking to purchase a 2015 IS350F,
I've been looking at the last year's dwindling stock (im in SoCal), I've been basically offered 47000 out the door on an msrp 49XXX car, think this is the lowest I can get it for?

That's not bad. Based on the posts here from a few months ago, you should be looking to get $2-3k under invoice, minimum, and possibly better in CA. Invoice is probably around $46500. Then add in tax and tags etc.
