the salesman said the invoice is 46390. is it safe to assume tax and tags is about 10%?

They will tell you if you ask, but that's probably close.
I think you've got a pretty good deal there.

Guys, please rate my lease. Is it good enough?

Lexus IS 200t F-Sport Base (MSRP 42744)
Sale price (they say 37000, but actually it is 38500 'cause dealer asked to put some money down)
9 MSDs = $3600, MF = 0.00028 which is 0.67% APR
Residual Value: 70%
Adjusted Residual Value (because of extra 5000 a year): 29920.8 - 11250*0.2 = 27670.8

drive off $1900
total drive off $5500 (including $3600 MSDs)

lease term 27 months
miles per year 20k (yes, it is actually 20k)

monthly payment including taxes $390

Wow this seems like a pretty sweet deal. I'm also in California and picked up a 2015 IS 350 similarly packaged at 12k miles/year back in March for about $480 a month.

I got a new job which is driving my miles high so I'm thinking about switching to a 15k lease. I can also see myself keeping the IS after the lease and thus the new 2016 PCS/Cruise seems very appealing.

I did put 0 down on my 2015 and 8.5 months in, I am at 8500 miles. Think it would be worth the switch to move up to a 16? Would be going from Atomic Silver/Red to the new Blue/Black combo.

That works out to a little less than 28 cents per mile if all you are paying is the 1900 up front (not including MSDs which you should get back at lease end) and 390 for 27 months - seems pretty good - what is the residual for 20k per year?

Base residual for 27m/15k a year is 70% now, which is pretty good. Adjusted residual (those another 11250 miles for 27m which is additional 5k miles a year) is 27670.8.

Any NorCal folks have a recommendation for a sales rep to work with? If so, I'd appreciate a PM. Looking to lease an IS200t this weekend.

40k for the USB/Rioja Red fsport? Does this dealership have another one like yours?

I buy through a private dealer/broker in the Bay Area. Got me a better deal on my '15 IS 350 F sport than I had with any of the Nor Cal dealers that I had talked to.

You should give him a call. He sells used cars but can get his hands on any new car that you want too.

I put 0 down including recent college grad and the March incentive. My lease is 3/36k and I pay $480 a month.
This is my deal from back in March. It was about 1500 lower than I had any dealer willing to go.

I might be signing a deal tomorrow here in the Boston area.. how is this deal?

2016 IS200t
MSRP $40,109
Selling Price: $37,000
Residual: 66%, 12k/yr, 36 month, 1-month free
MF: .0009 (will do 9 MSD for .00008 reduction each.. this is possible yes?)
Fee: $700 acquisition + $689 (~$525 doc fee + others) = $1,389

Is that a decent selling price?

I have a trade-in that should equal max MSD's.
If they give me the trade-in price + $500 extra discount. I am sold.
