Price Paid for an IS250/350?

Honestly I was surprised they said yes. It was a rainy Saturday so maybe that's why? I mean there was absolutely no haggling, they said what will make you buy today and I gave them my price

Hey everyone! New to the site, and trying to get my first Lexus! Went into the dealer today and started the first round of negotiations on a lease. Didnt have too much time to be in there today, so going to go back. I know I won't get CA or high competition area prices, but wondering how much lower I can expect to go on the sell price? Any other thoughts on the lease items is welcomed as well! Thanks for the help!

I just leased one today.
IS 350 base with nav and premium package
$2,200 out of pocket
+ first payment and tag fee
10,000 miles for 36 months
Payment: $399 includes tax
Is this a fair deal?
The only bad thing is my car seems to be making a rattling noise like the sound of the belts. I didn't hear this on the one I test drove. Could it be a lemon?

Without specific MSRP and negotiated price details (48 and 42 are not specific enough), your local tax rate (needed to know how competitive your deal is vs. places with a different tax rate), as well as information as to what the $2,400 down was for and the lease term in months, it's hard to make an evaluation. It could be a good deal, it could be bad. That being said, under $400/mo. on a car that stickers in the $45k price range is a good starting point.

Using the numbers you've provided elsewhere for money factor and lease term, and adding TN sales tax of 7%, I'm coming up with the monthly amount you noted, I just don't agree with the difference between selling price and net cap cost without some additional details.
