For anyone who is looking for an excellent deal in the SoCal area, ask for Rex or Leo at Tustin Lexus. They will go the extra mile to make you a happy customer. Plus, they were able to stay competitive with the best that Longo could do.

So I picked up the car today after work but got a few things different.
I got the Nebula Gray IS350 RWD F-Sport with Navi+ML Sound System back up camera, blind spot sensor, and Accessory Package (Wheel Locks, Trunk Mat, Cargo Net and Rear Bumper App)
It was good because I got the 1.9% APR as well.
MSRP: $48,148
I got it for $42,495 - $1,000 College Grad Rebate = $41,495.
6.6k off MSRP

I don't think anyone would mislead anyone about the deal they are getting. What doesn't make sense is that if the demand on these are so high why are these dealers going way below invoice!? Perhaps demand isn't as high as we seem to think or true invoice price is much further below what has been published! But if demand is much higher than supply than we should be seeing dealers staying closer to MSRP.
These deals though that some are getting are really good. Just for example it's almost as good as my employee pricing. MSRP $39,700 vs $33,700.

350 a month? i find that impossible, unless you got the IS350 selling price down around the lower $30k area… which i believe you won't be able to get.

350/month is not that hard to get.. if you do some calculation
24 month / 10k / 75% residual
about 44k selling price, 48k msrp
money factor .0005 (1.2%)
1000 down
1500 driveoff
total with tax = 350/month

Its also safe to say cars that don't have ML and/or VGRS are sitting. Deals can be made on these. I was offered $3000K off invoice for one.
For those of us who are holding out for VGRS with ML by having the dealer locate, get off of a boat or order and are getting $XXXX.00 off invoice are true negotiators.
or lucky. Pick one that suits you.
LOL

Car dealers get cash back incentives from the manufactures that we the consumer don't know about. Off the top of a new car they can take 6-10 grand off msrp without these incentives which is how they can sell a car a few hundred over invoice, at invoice or below and still make money. They also can have 2 invoices, one they show us and the real one.
When I bought my car in 2008, the msrp was 41,000...I pd 32,900 out the door. 250.00 over invoice price.
Used cars...there is less of a margin so less negotiating.
Same went for my daughters Audi, though I paid 100.00 over invoice price.
How do I know this...my family owned a large dealership for over 20 years.

So how do you find out the true invoice cost on these cars including dealer incentives from factory?
