Yea, I get that, but some of these prices seem really low, i.e. $43,900 inclusive of tax is basically like $40k flat (at least here in CA) - getting nearly $10k off MSRP (or nearly $7k off invoice) is pretty wild.

Yes, $43,989 OTD on a lease. Sticker was $47,900. My dealership had IS350 F Sports with black, red & grey interiors. Our credit is excellent and we've been a loyal buyer from the dealership on the new and used side. Felt like we got a good deal and they know we'll be back when the lease is up.

Seems like East Coast people get the same options and BETTER PRICING!!
I got the same car, same year, same options as some mentioned on your dealer's site, and the MSRP starts around 47K... I live in CA, and I get the same options at a MSRP of ~$49k
