36 month lease.
479/Month
1622 OOP
7500 miles per year.

Residual - 31899

MSRP seems really high at that price. If anyone could shine some light on the MSRP I should be targeting that be great. and also MF%

Thanks!
not sure what OOP is but are you putting anything down or are taxes and everything rolled in because that seems like an extremely high monthly payment for 7500 miles a year. My 350 f sport fully loaded minus ml system a few months ago was 2k down taxes rolled in with 12k miles per year for 425/mo

out of pocket

Thanks for that information! This was exactly what I wanted to know. If you dont mind me asking, which dealer did you work with for that deal? That lease deal sounds very fair to me.

What is the MSRP and Cap Cost used to get those numbers? I believe MF right now is .00110.

For what it's worth, my IS350 was fully loaded (except VGRS) and MSRP was just a smidge over $50k - I had $500 out of pocket, and pay $460/mo inclusive of taxes on a 36 month, 12k/yr lease.

Lexus of Manhattan. They have a huge inventory so there's a good chance they have the car you're looking for

I hate seeing lease deals like this. Maryland is the worst state to lease because we pay 6% sales tax on the sales price of the car even though you don't technically own it. It adds at least $2,500 to the cap cost on these cars. Then if you choose to buy the car at the end of the lease you pay another 6% sales tax on the fair value of the car. If I only had to pay sales tax on the portion of the lease it would open up way more options.

for a fully loaded 2016 f sport 350. What should I be targeting for MSRP? I'm working with a lease broker.. Any advice on what type of information I should leverage to try to get a lower monthly payment without raising my down payment?

Seems bit high given the low mileage. Is the $400 inclusive of tax? Can you provide MSRP, Cap Cost, Residual and Money Factor they used to get those numbers?

Dealing with a lease broker and he's been hesitant revealing the numbers. What price should i be shooting for?

I wouldn't shoot for a particular monthly payment. Rather, I'd want to see all of the relevant numbers (MSRP, Cap Cost, Residual, Money Factor, etc) so that I could do my own math, to determine whether it all makes sense.

I beleive the current money factor offered by Lexus is 0.00110, and on a 36month, 7,500 mile/yr lease, I'd guess the residual should be around 64%. But without knowing the MSRP and Cap Cost, it's impossible to figure out whether they're marking something up that they shouldn't be. There could also be Lexus incentives in play (i.e. lease cash) that you might not be getting the full value of.

Any reason why you're going through a broker, and not directly through the dealer? Lexus dealers seem to be pretty upfront about the numbers, and it doesn't take more than a few emails with the fleet manager to sort out the details.
