Price Paid for an IS250/350?

This one is a little tricky for me...
I traded in my last car (Fully Built 2013 STi Hatchback) for my is250 Fsport RWD no-Navigation with less that 19k miles on it.
Sticker price was $38,999.99
They were having a Fourth of July Weekend sale and had it SPECIAL Price at $34,999.99
They offered me $25,000.00 for my car (told them that was a fair price) Knowing that modifications do not add price to a car; I told them I needed to take my car home and take all my mods off and that I would return in two days. The sales guy got furious and said that was fine; but the owner of the dealership wanted my car as is... They asked me what I was wanted... HAHA!! So I told them even trade plus TAX/TAG/TITLE and they can have my car. After about two hours of them researching all the parts I had on my car (over 20k$ in my build) I walked out of the dealership to get in my new Lexus and only had to pay $600.
Overall I was very pleased with the Dealership I used and super stoked about my new Lexus!

Yes, that was the vehicle selling price. My out the door cost was actually right around $52k. I fell for the stupid extended warranties. Definitely a mistake on my part looking back at it now. Glad I got that car but not happy about my stupidity when being upsold. Especially since I told myself going in that I wouldn't be doing it. Oh well. Lesson learned, car is epic. Can't wait to drive her more tomorrow.
I NEVER opt for any of those options. I work for a major manufacturer's finance company. That's what the companies (and especially dealers) have the largest profit margins on. If it's the extended warranty from Lexus/Toyota, then it's at least the better one. DO NOT buy some crap third party ext warranty and never get any of the VIN etching, non-factory alarm, "super wax job" or anything that isn't directly provided from the manufacturer. It's just the dealer trying to gain a big profit off you since they didn't get much from the car itself. Almost as much of a rip-off as the dealers marking up vehicle prices and also marking up the finance company's rate (yes, dealers do that a lot). LFS/TFS approves you for 2.9%, dealer tacks on 60bps and your rate ends up being 3.5% and you never even know it. Not all do this, but many do. So always be mindful of what rates you get. They can not mark up the promotional rates since those are subsidized by the manufacturer anyway.
SO you may want to get a pro-rated refund and stick with the deal you got on the car itself!

Was looking at the 2016 Lexus NX FSport for the last 3 months...and decided to test drive the IS 300 AWD FSport Series 2 in ultra white with red interior...needless to say I was sold.
The offer I obtained in Canada is below, I think this was pretty good since it was 13% off MSRP?
MSRP: 48,750
Discount: $6,750
Down payment: $4,000
Monthly payments: $480 taxes in
39 month lease
20,000km/yr
Residual I can't remember off the top of my head, will check.

Paid 36k + tax for a used '14 IS 350 F-Sport, L-Certified until 2020 with 18k miles. Based on similar cars I saw I probably could've found one 1-2k cheaper, but in the end I found a car in great condition. Got the Nebula Gray which is what I had wanted ever since purchasing my first IS 350 in January.

Been following this thread for a while and finally decided to buy one myself, the following is the quote i got a dealer. Want to know what everyone thinks about it? Thanks in advance.

Preferred Customer Discount -$1,250.00
Subtotal $44,948.00
Vehicle/Identity Theft Registration $289.00
Fees $590.41
Taxes $3,209.73
Total Price $49,037.14
And I was quoted a monthly 0 down payment of 608.83$ on $2600 rebate. Residual at 61% and MF 0.0011. I know that quoted monthly payment is on the higher side. Any suggestions? Also i calculated myself I get a 25$ lower monthly payment. I am not sure at what point is the rebate factored in the calculation.

Yes, that is what I thought. Its my first time leasing so should i focus on the price or the monthly payment? The sales manager at one point asked If I would be ok with the invoice price, but I dont know how much lower it would be. Just another sales tactic I assume.
