Hi everyone,
Been following this thread for a while and finally decided to buy one myself, the following is the quote i got a dealer. Want to know what everyone thinks about it? Thanks in advance.
Lexus IS 300 F-sport
Vehicle Price $46,198.00
Preferred Customer Discount -$1,250.00
Subtotal $44,948.00
Vehicle/Identity Theft Registration $289.00
Fees $590.41
Taxes $3,209.73
Total Price $49,037.14
And I was quoted a monthly 0 down payment of 608.83$ on $2600 rebate. Residual at 61% and MF 0.0011. I know that quoted monthly payment is on the higher side. Any suggestions? Also i calculated myself I get a 25$ lower monthly payment. I am not sure at what point is the rebate factored in the calculation.
Thanks in advance.

That is not a good lease deal. My IS350 F-sport AWD had a MSRP of $51,500 and with $0 down, $0 first month payment (Lexus covers it in July/Aug) and including all fees and full taxes of $2500 (in MD we pay tax on the full purchase price) my monthly payment is $525 a month.

Forgot to mention that my lease is for 3year/36k miles since that makes a difference on the residual/mf but that looks similar what you are quoting.

Yes my quote was for 36 months/ 10K. I did the math again and assuming i am doing it right, I am getting monthly payment of 460$ and not 608$ as the dealer quoted but I am not sure 100% if my math is right.

2016 IS200t f sport lease question
Hey all, new to the forum and would really appreciate help/feedback. My local dealer has offered me a 2016 Lexus Is200t f sport with navigation for $1000 down and $360 a month. 10k miles a year, 36 month lease. Money factor is 0.00110 and residual is 61%. Final sales price I believe was a little over $40k. It seems like a good deal, but I am not entirely sure. I am a novice!

With $2600 down, assuming it's a 36-month lease, it works out to approximately $460/mo. It's definitely a good deal (about what I am paying for my 350 F Sport w/ ML), but I recall some folks getting even better deals.

The other thing is NY is a great state to lease because they don't pay taxes on the full price of the car which saves a lot on the monthly payment. Paying full taxes on a lease in MD sucks and makes it a deterrent to swapalease with someone since I would have to pay taxes on the fair value of the car at the time of transfer otherwise I would've done that. Some good deals on that site.

No MSD's, I purchased from Atlantic City Lexus of New Jersey. It was perfect timing to be honest. Between the golden opportunity event rebates of $2600, and I received the college graduate discount as well for another $1000 off. Not to mention it was the end of the month and the dealer had the vehicle in stock that I wanted. I was able to negotiate between a few dealers and get the price Down to $389... $2600 Down for a 10k 36 month lease with a MF of .0009/2.16%. I think the residual was 61% if I recall properly, and buyout was approx 31k. Hope this helps someone else scoop up a smoking deal.
