I got my IS350 F Spot few weeks ago, MSRP $48,062
Nebula Gray Peal, with Rioja Red/ Nuluxe, why Lexus not allow Leather is beyond me???
Option : Blins spot Monitor, F Sport package Navigation/ Mark Levinson.
(You would like that system outsanding sound). And Accy Package.
cash price $44562.00 , out the door at $48416.90
Dont know that is good or bad deal!!
But did spend more than few hours with those fast talking sale managers!
Also done my home work with Cardirect before hand.

Oh, last night trying to be proactive on small items
such as the location on the tire pressure warning reset switch, if you go by the Owner manual you will never found that small switch.
took me a good 30 minute finally located.
have fun looking for that switch.

Cash price $44562.00 , out the doors at $48,416.90.

Does anyone know if College Grad Rebate ($1000), APR Cash ($750), and Lexus Lane Change Certificate ($1000) can all be stacked?
Has anyone actually gotten any of these incentives combined?

Yes. Lane changing certificate is a manufacturer rebate (look at the address in the terms, it references Toyota HQ in Torrance). College Grad Rebate is through Lexus Financial, along with APR Cash. I gave Lexus a call to confirm the eligibility and opened a case with them in the event the dealer tells me I couldn't combine all incentives. They told me to tell the dealer to give them a call and reference my case if they had any questions. One dealer told me I couldn't stack, another said it should be fine. YMMV.

One thing to remember - these incentives have zero impact to the dealer's bottom line. Negotiate prior to any incentives, then inform dealer you have incentives which should drop the price down even further.

Thought I would give the figures on the car I just leased (January 26th)in SoCal since I found this forum to be really helpful when I negotiated my lease (many thanks to all)I am a first time Lexus owner. Just got out of 14 years of mom cars -Nissan Quest Minivan and Lincoln Navigator L. Now it's sexy time haha
Lexus IS350 F Sport, Black on Black with Mark Levinson, Blind Spot
MSRP 48,148
Negotiated price 43,753
Annual Miles 12,000
27 month lease
Residual 71%
I did the max MSD's (9) and added a $775 excess wear and tear package so I don't worry about door dings, windshield cracks or tire wear since my insurance deductible is $1000
My monthly payment is $464.45 (Tax, license all included)
$5275 due at signing but $4275 of this is my MSD's I get back at the end of lease. So technically I put $1000 Down.
The dealer I went to parked the car with the Mark Levinson and without next to each other and I listened to my ipod in both and my decision was easy (Sound is very important to me)
Hope that helps others looking to lease...

Just helped my cousin get an is250 base with back up cam.
Priced OTD was 36,500. It would have been more had she qualified for the college program.
Not a bad deal. I went to Longo.

i'm in southern california, i built a 2014 IS350 F Sport on Carsdirect.com the other day with F Sport and navigation as the only packages added. the final price came out to $41550 before tax and fees with all discounts and factory cash back, msrp was $46230. that's a pretty awesome deal for this car. usually you can knock off another $500 - $1000 at the dealer on top the Carsdirect price.

Thanks for this info. It's coming out to $42,302 in SoCal without the $750 finance cash.

My dealer told me on leases:
residual went down
no more lease cash

Not sure I believe him though.

I and my family have purchased Lexus' from this dealer for years..and they said included a discount because of this
