Is 48.5k out the door a good deal for a 350 fsport with bsm, navi with ml(white with red interior)?

That's a lot of value for 423 a month.

Did they waive first payment and is this 24 mo/10k miles? Includes tax?

Forgot to ask - what dealer?
@bgaerttner ,

No that was include tax and the first month payment plus 10k per year plus 1 year full maintenance .total price for the car after negotiations dropped from $45,358 to $40,300.94 . i just got the car today and its an hell of a ride . i was looking at 2014 mercedes e350 , bmw 528i and i just love what i got from the look to the interior . i do believe i can get over 22 city mpg and about 35 mpg hwy on eco mode but man that chassis handle like a charm around corners .

all in all ,don't go to one dealership they have a team when they try to sell you a car.so you should go to a few as well. and if you get $470 with $3000 go to the next dealership and say you have gotten $380 with drive off , after a few they will sell you the car at a very lower price . i did this on the e350 and i could have gotten that car for $450 with $3k d.p
mind yourself that was almost $62,000 !!

btw lexus of el monte CA

I'm buying not leasing and prices out here in Arizona are much different then CA. I got it down a bit more before doing the paperwork so it's all good.

hey guys, literally just joined 5 minutes ago, reading this post helps alot.

today i got a quotation from longo lexus :

IS250 white/ black interior ( they would not sell me the red interior for this price, althought its the same price of a car )

F-sport/navi/bsm

12k/yr

1k down (with doc fees and first month of payment ), 400 after tax ( im in OC )/ month for choice of 27-36 months.

i still have 2-3 weeks until i return my current lease vehicle.

i did not ask for residual due to having no interest of buying after lease ends.

is this a good deal? i read few pages back someone got the same car, did not mention color combo, for 800 drive off and 355 after tax a month with 10k/yr and similar options.

please let me know if this is a good deal, im trying to get my rate as low as possible like everyone here.

thanks in advance!

That's interesting they wouldn't give you the red interior for the same price. It must be a really hot combo. I love teh red interior, hopefully that doesn't affect the price of negotiations though

You're probably not going to.

Hint: You need to focus at least a little attention to the selling price - it's one of the major factors used to calculate a lease payment.

What kind of OTD prices are Canadians getting for the rear wheel drive 350 F-Sport and F-Sport Premium?

I would especially be interested in hearing from folks in the Vancouver area. I have the invoice prices from Car Cost Canada and figuring out what I want to offer. Also would be interested in dealer experience for the Vancouver Area. I've been to both the North Shore and Victoria dealer.

I'm interested in either the Nebula Gray Pearl with the red interior or the Ultrasonic Blue Mica.

I am about to buy a IS 350 F-Sport RWD with Navigation/Mark Levinson and blind spot monitoring (Ultra White with Roja Red interior). MSRP is $48,298. What price should I aim for? TrueCar shows $44,200 was the lowest price paid.

In CA, folks have been reporting 12-15% off msrp. If you can get a price like that, and have a good credit score, a 24 month, 10k lease should be around low to mid 400s with very little up front.
