Wanted to get some input from you guys before I go commit at the dealership.
I'm thinking about leasing (will be my first time) an IS 250 F Sport with Navigation. FICO score is 770. Looking to lease for about 24 or 30 months at 10,000 miles.
Can you guys provide any helpful tips to get a great deal based on the information above? My price range would be $300-$400.

Know all your numbers before you go in the dealership and stick to it. Don't be afraid to walk out.

Go in the dealer and don't tell them that you are there to lease. Say buying first if they have to ask. You have to get the negotiated price down (ask for invoice, pay less than invoice or a little bit more depending on your mood) to the best you can then everything else should be easy. don't put any money down, but if you have to, only to cover the drive off fees (absolutely none goes towards the car). Your score will get you to tier 1+ category and that will make your money factor down to about 0.00085. A 24-30 month lease should get the car's residual down to around 64%-68% (someone said they even got 71% but I'll call BS for now). Do your calculations after that and you should see how much you should be paying monthly.

Maybe it varies with models. I know the best I saw from my dealer a month ago was a 71% residual on an IS350 F Sport which was a 24 or a 27 month lease. It's my first lease so cut me some slack.

I didn't mean anything negative towards you, was just wondering why you thought it was not possible for a higher RV percent. I am guessing too that it might have something to do with models/trims, or even the season. Mine was Jan 1 of this year, during Lexus events.

Anyone getting good deals in Socal specifically 619 area. Hopefully I'll be able to get a good deal on a new 2015 IS350 F when I get back home this December from my current overseas tour. Or should I place a special order? Any info on special ordering would be great too. Thank you!
