So now I'm thinking to be cost-effective is to get a IS250 F-Sport but knowing it's pretty slow, what do you all think? Think I will be able to live with it coming from a car that had some 328 hp?

My wife has had 2 IS250s - great cars - but if we get another IS it will be a 350.

I don't know you, but my first thought was... nope.

I'm coming from around 270 hp, and I couldn't do the 250.

Driving my wife's 250 after driving my 370z with stock 350hp and my mod'd Evo IX with 305awhp to the wheels is night and day difference. Needless to say, the 250 feels freakin slow after. But, it does have some pep to it in sport mode.

It's funny. My wife thinks my G37xS Sedan is slow because her G37S sedan is and feels faster. I think my car is pretty decent but can definitely be better. She's like yours is slow AF so why even consider a 250? LOL Gotta love her need for speed

Looking to lease an IS250 RWD soon. Do you think a better deal could be had at the end of this month or during the early part of August given the Golden Opportunity Sales Event? I know it would be best to wait until the end of August, but I can't wait until then.

Do an email blast starting the 20th requesting quotes - get as many dealers involved as possible - work only with Internet sales depts - narrow your list to the lowest 2-4 dealers - play hard to get all the way to the last couple days of the month - the 31st if you have to. You should get a deal you are happy with.

Not sure if it's national, but edmunds shows $500 lease cash and Lexus picks up the first payment -be sure to factor that in - maybe use as your drive off fees.

Good luck!

My deal has expired and was told there is no way they can honor it. Minimum payments are $510/month with $1500 down. Having no such luck as you guys...

Lol deal "expired". I don't believe in that kind of tactic. Just makes you feel bad you didn't get the car. They lost your business, they wasted their time, period. No profit for them. On the other hand, you can go somewhere else you can deal with and hopefully earn your business.

Lexus in Ny gave me an offer on 14 IS 350F AWD:
Ultra white/Rioja Red interior
F sport without ML system
Door Edge guard, Paint protection film,
Trunk mat, wheel locks, cargo net, bumper app
Remote starter
Out the door $47200.
P/s: dealing with them to get the illuminating door sill for free.

Hey everyone, I've been following this thread for awhile, and have finally decided to begin negotiations with dealerships. So here is my offer from a Bay Area dealership:
14 IS350 F-Sport
Ultra white/RR interior
ML/Nav system
BSM
MSRP $48,298

I got them down to $44000 immediately through my company's membership in Passport Unlimited,
but they still seem willing to negotiate. I am thinking of giving an initial offer of $42500. I've gotten this figure from my spreadsheet that I've made using numbers in this thread. Do you guys think that is too high given that the 2015 model is right around the corner??

I would like to know about this as well. I am waiting to make a purchase this December hopefully I get a new 2015 IS350 F-Sport RWD UW/RR ML Fogs etc. I want to make sure I would be able to get one by special ordering but I do not know if you would be able to lower MSRP.
