This replaces the rear reflector.
You'll need to remove the rear bumper completely, as its the only way to get to the one screw that holds the reflector on.
the whole reflector comes out, you'l lhave to drill a small hole in order to pass the wires through (no biggie as the plastic is very thin) and then ya fish it up to the tail lights which also need to be removed to get behind.
You'll tap the wires going into your tail lights. (similar in process to taping the DRL's for the iJDMToy front fog lights)
You have options with this as you can make them constant on (dim) for parking lights, brighter for brake lights and flash for turn signals. The more you want it to do the more you'll have to tap into factory wiring. Personally all those extra things are what pushes it into tacky, from nice touch. So, for me, tap 2 wires one ground, and one for parking lights. put everything back together and you're done. Probably takes about an hour if you've never removed the rear bumper on the IS before.
