Blacked out the chrome window trim today. That’s usually one of the first things I do when I get a car with chrome trim. Looks way cleaner in my opinion!
How did you black out the Window Trim. I would love to do this so any information would be appreciated. How much did it cost and how did you do it. I would probably want to do the chrome around the front grille and the back IS200T and Lexus Emblems.

Youll need to buy Trimbrite blackout tape. PepBoys sells it for $7 and Amazon sells it too. You’ll need two rolls. Don’t be like me and only buy one roll. I ended up only covering one side of the car and had to drive like that for 2 days LOL. It’s time consuming but relatively easy.

Quick question getting ready to do this, did u cover just the chrome part around the door or the black part as well, its like half and half ao just curious how u did it, als did u try to align it and cut just one side or did u cut all the way around.
