Where did you get the leather roja bolsters? RC parts or something?
I swapped in an RC center console, had to get some trim pieces from the 2019+ RC because the older trim pieces don't fit with the 2017+ IS radio and HVAC units.
Default IS center console layout sucks hard. I actually have useful cup holders now.

this is brilliant! the cup holders are the worst thing about this car honestly. what year center console did you end up getting and where did you source the parts? I need to do this!

My console came out of a wrecked non-nav 2017 RC200t. The console excluding the trim pieces is pretty much the same across all model years. Not sure if the nav version with the touch pad will work on nav-equipped IS.
The long trim pieces are from the 2019+ RC as it uses the same style head unit and HVAC face plates as the 2017+ IS. If your car is 2016 or earlier, the long trim from the RC up to 2018 should fit.
Got the long trim pieces from oemvehicleparts.com, but you may actually be able to get all of them through megazip.net, which seems to offer some pretty good pricing.
There's some slight modification to the center console wiring harness sleeving, you will have to do this to reach the controls since the layout is different. Also the gear indicator is different, so I had to modify the IS part to fit.
