The reason I didn't opt for the IS 350 F sport was because the disappointment in acceleration. Not that it's slow, just coming from my G as a daily it felt under-powered. On paper it should be just as quick.
As far as handling and interior, I completely agree. The IS is far superior. I do like the dual 8" touch screens, however. The Q50 is one tail happy beast.

If you call 8 lb ft less torque, then yeah, sure. Don't know how many here have driven the Q50 or G37, but acceleration compared to the IS 350 is night and day different. Yes, night and day, IMO. I'm not bagging on the IS 350; I own a IS 250 F sport and absolutely love it, as well as a G37 that I plan on trading in for a Q50S Hybrid once all the kinks are worked out.
