When this wheel was on the Lexus is350, it was using the lug bolt instead of the lug nut. If you have a chance to take off your wheel, can you take a picture of the ug you are using?

It is a conical Lug.
Ran into an issue with the wheels not fitting with a spacer tonight though. The pockets on the wheels are really shallow compared to the f sport wheels. Trying to avoid cutting the studs at the moment as the f sport wheels will go back on once powdered, these will be the winter set and they don’t look horrible as they are.
