I'm in Queens and have been driving since last July with no front license plate and so far, knock on wood, haven't been pulled over for it yet. No tints on the front windshield though, only everywhere else.

In that pic your Nebula Gray looks almost like the same color my SGM 2IS did. With tinted windows, very stealthy and very clean!

Nothing yet. Knock wood but no worries several of my close friends are cops and not to worried. My previous cars were all blacked out as well.
