There's a couple of side projects going on right now for suspension and wheel fitment here at Evasive Motorsports in conjunction with Kontrabrands. It's Lexus day today as we are fiddling around with the new toys. At this point we've had a chance to do some stuff with the IS350 F-Sport, IS250AWD F-Sport, next up will be the IS250 RWD. More to come in the next few days.

Actually a good question.
On models with AVS (adaptive variable suspension ) which have semi-autonomous shock adjustments ie IS350 F-Sports, yes you will lose the AVS function if you go full coilover. You will not lose the adjustable shock function IF you just go with lowering springs but keep the shocks and their electrical connection to the car's suspension CPU.
