The 8 speed auto + 300 lbs weight savings alone should be enough to convince you to get the RWD.

In the winter, just slap some Blizzaks or Nokian tires on and you will do just fine.

As for the packages, they could of done a better job. Maybe next year as the options have to be presented to the Canadian government in advance before they get distributed.

Here is an email from Lexus Canada which I inquired about special ordering from March of 2012.

Thanks Sango. Glad you included the email. Called Lexus Canada again and they say no. So no way to add an individual option because it is not available to the car model? Say, add ML to a fully loaded RWD IS350 because ML is not available in any RWD packages at all?

Life is too short ...... get what would make YOU the most happiest !!! If you really need a car in the meantime due to work reasons see if you can rent one until your dealer gets the one that you want !!
