Planning to change my front to the chrome version. Looks like a pita though. But the chrome version is only 15 bucks. So its not as bad.

And where are you going to buy the chrome one from?
Why not stay with stock? Don't like the flat resin look?

I haven't installed them yet. I asked the question because im loving the original emblems because they provide some contrast against my obsidian paint I just dont want to replace the originals with the black and then not like them and then not be able to put the original ones back on. Sorry if that was confusing haha

FYI
Those small circular clips holding the front emblem on are one way fasteners
and are designed to hold on and actually dig in more when moved in opposite direction
think of a fish hook
so while it is not impossible to remove them if you have a lot of space to work them from all sides
it is highly unlikely to remove both without breaking at least one post
