I said "call johnny cell" 8 times before it dialed the wrong number
I said "call Johnny cell" and it gave me 5 options, one of which actually was Johnny Cell, but the other four couldn't have been further off if you tried

Weird, cause it's not like i have an accent, I was rather ticked off with what happened.
How do you enter the address on the Nav Screen? Use the mouse or voice? Looks like a pain if you have to use the mouse.
Voice recon or mouse. It's pretty intelligent, since you don't get a full keyboard after the first letter. A touch screen would be a lot faster though.
Just an update for anyone interested. They're replacing the screen. They think it is an outside layer of the screen coming off due to reflection??? Reflection of what, I don't know...but definitely something to look out for on your cars as it's growing on mine and getting worse with heat it seems. Apparently, the reinstall of a new screen isn't too painful compared to the old cars they said. We'll see...
I have a three-week old NX and my screen looks like it's coming apart. I posted a photo of it over in the NX forum. Check it out.
How long did it take for them to fix yours? Was there also some delivery time for the new screen?
There's already a thread about this somewhere here in the forum... There is a protective layer that can get scratched off if someone accidentally or purposefully presses too hard on the screen. A member did this by cleaning his nav screen. He actually had to scratch all of that protective coating completely off to unveil the regular screen underneath... It took him forever too. Ill try to find the link! But sadly this is what you're probably going to have to do.

Not me! My dealer replaced my whole display—no questions asked! As documented here.
The issue you are seeing is the antiglare layer coming off.
Wasn't as much of an issue when Nav screens had these nice hoods over them like in the current RX/GS/LS ect.
It doesn't take much to scratch the anitglare, and when you do it's an ever expanding problem. Seriously, one wipe with a dirty cloth (like the ones that the service dept uses when they wash your car for free) or one with some type of cleaner that eats the coating and it's ruined forever.
