There have been people on this forum that have been getting more than $500 off with some very close to invoice.

When all things are normal, I've always heard $500 over invoice was good price. But if the demand is high and supply short if you want to buy the car now I guess that means all leverage is with the dealer.

LOL. Theres a guy over on the corvette forum (maybe same one?) that thinks since they came out with a new C7 that he will get a new 2013 C6 for low 30K. It was quite comical.

LOL, no I would never ever own an American car. Sorry! And 30k is way too much for that car.

edit: And the specs on the 1st page is wrong. ML package is not available for the F-sport at the moment.

You are SO wrong. ML is available with Fsport.....either you order with AWD or get it with RWD like mine has.

Mine was had for 39k OTD with 20k miles on it, was corporate executive owned (which means they can special order what they want but they have to maintain it to a T) . But mine has everything (except ML) including the dynamic cruise not avail on IS, parking sensors, reverse angle side mirrors, F sport exhaust, wheels and big brakes system, and other little things.

So I think in waiting a little bit, things can be had at a fair price. (I never get first year models because it gives the companies a chance to iron out any bugs that are found.)

No dealership in socal has an fsport with ml package. Did you special order yours?

30K too much for a corvette? You should test drive one. Install a cam and exhaust and the idle sounds more pissed than Republican finding out Obama won the Presidency. Its a race car. They are also probably one of the funnest cars to drive ever. The amount of torque is insane. I have driven almost every car there is and my favorite is still a corvette.

It's not my style of cars.

I prefer luxury sport. If we can call the F-sport "luxury" with all those missing upgrades and features.

They were commonly available with ML with the initial allocations in June & July. There is at least one dealer in the LA area that will order you one at invoice (or at least that is the offer they made to me).
