Just came back from my local tire shop, here's the quote:
Pirelli Winter-Ice Control 225/45R17
RTX 17x7.5 +40 wheels
Programmable TPMS sensors
Total is a bit more than $1850 Canadian.
I'm really looking for Nokian's though so I'll shop a bit more.

Nokian seems to regulate their prices so no dealer can sell them too low. Two dealers I called had them at the exact same price.

I would also suggest buying the sensors from Lexus...they quoted me $55 each, but they are OEM, as opposed to some aftermarket ones the tire shop is likely using. K*l tire for example, quoted me $75 per sensor...and I'll bet they are some aftermarket brand.
The sensors in my quote are EZ-sensors programmable ones, which are cloned to the same IDs as the ones on the car, so no more programming every seasons.

Hello all

I have is250 2015 awd
For blizzak ws80 225/45/17 200$ plus alloy wheels 17x7.5 offset of 42 plus programmable tpms (cloned. They told me no need to program it every year) plus new bolts
1900$ CAD tax in
They quoted me the nokian hakk r2 for 220$ per tire
I was told to wait till october for bridgstone rebates

Rim options for the 250 should be much greater than with the 350. The reason the winter rim options for the 350 are so limited is due to the size of front callipers. Seems it's true that you can't get steel winter rims for the IS350, only alloy
This winter i bought Nokian Hakk.... r2 after reading a number of reviews. I was scared of the 70/30% AWD system of the is250...i was scared of back wheel spin
our previous car was a 2012 outback with Blizzak WS70...lateral grip did not provide confidence
I can tell you that these nokian winter tires perform better with lateral grip and starting grip and stopping grip then the WS70 on the 2012 outback
note, my winters are in Montreal, although we didnt get lots of snow this year, we did notice the difference between Nokian r2 and WS70
I think Blizzak and Michelin (my co-worker has xice3 on his car, he curses these tires) are over rated, i will never buy anything other than nokian....
Handling on the Nokian were far better then i had anticipated...i always convinced myself it wasn't worth paying 10% more...i was wrong
After having a set of previous generation Pilot Alpin PA3s on her last car, I bought a set of Pilot Alpin PA4s for my wife's IS350. Her winter driving varies from the snow covered, rural Ontario roads where we live, to the mostly bare, sometimes icy highways of Toronto (GTA) where work often takes her. I have found that the Michelin X-Ice, as the name suggests, provide better traction on ice, but the Pilot Alpins perform better in snow and on the dry (but cold) pavement. After removing the factory Bridgestone Turanzas, I had the PA4s mounted on the OEM wheels. I will be buying new wheels and tires for spring/summer/fall use.
Put Blizzak WS-80s on my IS350 AWD this winter and they're great. Snow performance is great. Handling and grip is pretty good. I'm not sure about year life yet. Road noise is worse than stock all seasons, which were pretty bad to begin with IMO. All in all I'd recommend these tires and would use them again.

This
We had less snow than usual this winter in Edmonton (must the same across all of Canada, except for a week in Ottawa) so it was mostly bare pavement which the PA4s are great for. It's also been warm so we had lots of slushy snow which they do OK in. I previously had Xi3 on another vehicle which was better on ice than the PA4s, but for most city driving on maintained roads, the PA4s are great.
The factory Turanzas are garbage. The PA4s handle better and are quieter than the factory Turanzas.
New owner of a new 2015 Lexus IS 350 F Sport AWD here. Local Lexus dealer still had a few 15 IS 350 left, so they were offering some good discounts on them. I want to start looking at rims for the next winter. Does the Gen 2 IS 250 (17 inch, top picture) or Gen 2 IS 350 rim (18 inch, bottom picture) fit the 15 Lexus IS 350 F Sport AWD.
