That leaves you with the 17" and 18" wheels...personally I would go with 17"s.
Sorry for the late response, but I thought not all 3rd gen IS wheels fit the 250/350 F-Sports because of the bigger breaks. Has anyone on here actually confirmed that and put a 17" base IS wheel on an F-Sport?

I guess a few things to clarify first...whether the IS is an F Sport or not, they will have the same calipers front and rear.
The 200t/300/350 all have the same calipers front and rear...F Sport or not. The pad material will vary depending on model.
The 250 has smaller brakes front and rear, F Sport or not, and again the pad material will vary with model (F Sport or not).

The OEM 17" rims will fit any model of 3IS (250/200t/300/350).
The OEM 18" rims will also fit any model of 3IS (250/200t/300/350).
The OEM 16" rims will only fit the 250.

The OEM 17" rims from a 2IS will also fit any model of 3IS (250/200t/300/350).

Just got and programmed them for my winter wheels on '14 ES.

Default IS300AWD snow tires

I am a newbie here. I am thinking to buy snow tires for my 2018 IS300 AWD in square setup, but I am concerned if that will affect the car warranty as no going with the staggered/stock setup.
I see many here have the square tire setup and wonder if anyone has run into any issue with the warranty.
Thanks.

Thanks. I also got feedback from Lexus Canada, thought to share it here.

We have noted your inquiry and would like to explain that Lexus Canada does not recommend modifying your vehicle in any manner, including changing the original tire size. The vehicle meets applicable federal safety standards in the original form, and modification could affect the safety of the vehicle. It is also important to consider that the vehicle's specifications are set by the manufacturer based on the tire and wheel size chosen for that model. To use a tire or wheel size other than the one recommended by Toyota can affect the odometer, speedometer, braking operation, etc.

With regard to the warranty, we would like to explain that the process will not void it; however, if a concern emerges and is related to the use or the installation of different size tires, repairs would not be covered under the terms of the Lexus New Vehicle Warranty.

A lot of *** covering is what that is. Just choose your setup wisely and you'll be fine.

Base model is300 awd comes from the factory with 17" wheels and 225/45/17 tires on all 4 corners....
That's the recommended winter setup from the dealer here for all is cars.

Got it, thanks guys! Speaking of wheels, the package quoted by a tire shop includes 17x7 +35 rims from OPTI or Super Speed, anyone familiar with the brand or recommendation? Both are aftermarket made in China, links below to the pictures.

Don't know anything about those wheels are they super cheap in price? I'd be a little concerned about wheels from China. Japan / Germany better quality IMO, but I could be wrong. Wow, those wheels are VERY SIMILAR to the F-sport wheels that came on my IS300!

I'm picking up some non-staggered 17" winter wheels and tires this month as well, decided to go with BBS SR Anthracite.

GOOD LUCK!

Any wheel is good enough for normal daily use as long as the wheels are tested to meet the JWL/VIA/TUV requirements and are produced at an ISO-9001:2000 approved manufactures.
Not familiar with those brands but I just ordered GTS wheels with my winter tires.

Default Winter tires

Hi, does anyone have aa goo recommendation for winter tires that are not too noisy and will last a bit longer with decent snow/ice traction? I have 225/40R18 for front and 255/35R18 for rear. My front rims are 8 inch wide and rear rims are 8.5 inch wide. Do I have to keep staggered setup or can I get 225/40R18 for both front and rear? I have extra tpms sensors. I heard blizzak ws80 are good but tread doesn't last.

I live in Toronto, Ontario Canada. We get snow storms a few times each winter, but it is usually plowed within a couple of days. I am deciding on continental ts 830 p, michelin alpin pa4, Kumho wintercraft wp71 and blizzak ws80 winter tires.please give your thoughts.

Blizzak ws80 hands down. Nothing else compares as an all round tire

But, tread doesn't last long. How many km or miles can you get out of it?
