Default A/V in is 250 f-sport

So I just scooped up an is250 f-sport and i notice we have an a/v input in the in dash tv...is it possible to play a DVD or play video off of an iPhone or something ???

The dealer didnt walk you through how to use your car?

It sees your iphone through bluetooth or plug it in.

BUMP. Also want to know the answer to this... Where is the RCA ports? Cannot find them.. I'm confused as to what this feature does.

I have the option in the menus. Haven't looked for the connections.

right....theres a menu option for it, but i dont see wiring anywhere? makes no sense?

Exactly. There must be a "video in" somewhere, otherwise, whats the point.....

cant you play video off the DVD player and USB flash drive as well as IPOD? i dont think you need a video input by itself

Wondering the same thing? I haven't tried it yet, but I wouldn't think a car would have the proper codecs play an AVI file from a USB stick. Maybe an iPod/iPhone/iPad.

I found out (I believe) we need a 4 pole audio video cable to play video from an iPod/iPhone...I guess it looks like a headphone jack cable with 3 little black lines instead of two on it...

Nobody knows what I'm talking about apparently
