The artificial sound generator for the stereo in the hybrid is one button.
Auto high beam is one.
Parksensors on and off is one.
The last button is for the heated front wipers.
I found the perfect document that show all of these at least for US models.

Lexus.com website is not correct. If you tried to build a IS350 AWD F Sport it tells you only white is available. Website is pretty lame for what I considered to be high class/quality company.

Here's a black Interior F-sport off of Lexus own website. It doesn't have to be red.
And he's doing there what he did here -- complaining.
lol he has over 100 posts and the most recent I saw is it looks like the dealer took him for a about 5 grand because his payments increased by 100 bucks from what he was told.
my guess is he was upside down on the IS since he had it a month and like most dealers they aren't happy unless they can roll a car for 6-7k in profit.
since I am not a member I couldn't find any other posts and not going to take the time to look, but the 1 I did find was definitely complaining. LMAO!
