Lexus values your opinion survey

Anyone filled theirs out yet?

I had a few complaints and was close to submitting it but decided to put it on hold. Basically everything service wise was great. Car however, needs a lot of improvements.

It was both for mine. I'm guessing it depends on how you answered. If you say you didn't like a certain thing about the car, it will ask for more details.

I'm going to wait until they replaced my steering wheel before I do the survey. I'll ask about the firmware update to the 8500 version and to see if they are willing to fix the swirls that came with the car.
