I don't know if this is the same rattle that many of you are speaking of, but my car and many other IS and GS have had it and it is very annoying. The cause of mine was mostly due to music vibrations, but the switch panels are 2 separate pieces that fit together poorly and rattle around. I posted a video in this thread of what I did to mine that eliminated that rattle. The video is from someone who has a GS but it's essentially the same.

are you guys experiencing this noise from b pillar?
the dealership tried to fix mine several time but noise came back again and again..
