Lights on Mirror - never on

The lights / LEDs that are build in the mirror don't seem to come on? Why?

If I'm taking the time to replace all my LEDs I'm trying to see my work. Can someone help me?

Are you referring to the puddle lights on your side mirrors? If so, with the car locked and in the dark, walk up to it with the key fob and they should come on.
