I feel vindicated eyeball. I spent hours explaining to 2IS owners why Lexus is doing what it's doing, why its smart of them to do what they're doing, and how what they're doing is based on a number of sophisticated math models which give them statistical confidence that a superb driving IS would sell better than an IS with butt coolers, etc.

I do wish they'd offer the luxury option but I fully grasp why they had to keep it under 50K -- the car is a publically perceived value leader of the pack below 50K.

That's great news at 4000 units sold in November. What puzzles me though is the 3-series sales went up as well so where are these new BMW sales coming from if several IS sales are from ex-BMW owners?

I still think 3IS should have option for memory feature and cooled seats! Who knows with that it could have been 5000!
