Hey, awesome, thanks! This is exactly why user groups are so helpful, especially for us new owners

The manual does say that it's done through the nav screen car settings, so it's odd it doesn't have this procedure instead, let alone advise the dealerships. The first service guy actually tried to charge me $29 for the programming, until another guy rebuffed him. They did manage to get the "open all windows" button to go, although you have to hold it down until they finish opening, and apparently there isn't a "full close" option on the locking one? This of course now begs the question -- what other hidden easter-egg like gems are there that we can program? Perhaps worthy of a "new owner sticky" or such?

And for future convenience, re-posting your copy, along with a few tweaks:

Follow this procedure to set the number of lane change signal flashes. It may take a couple of tries to get it right, but it works.

1.) Ignition off, doors closed
2.) Hold the wiper switch in the full up position. (this is the wiper off position)
3.) While holding the wiper switch in the full up position, turn the IG on (two presses of the start/stop switch)
4.) Hold wiper switch in the full up position for 5 seconds
5.) Allow the wiper switch to return down one "click" or "notch" (do not release); hold in place for 5 seconds
6.) Move the wiper switch back to the full up position, hold for 5 seconds
7.) Allow the wiper switch to return down one "click" or "notch" (do not release); hold in place for 5 seconds (same position as step 5)
8.) Allow the wiper switch to return to the resting position (neutral)

If this was done correctly, the wipers should not have activated, and the right turn signal will flash once.

To adjust how many flashes you want, you change the intermittent wiper speed switch. P1 starts with the speed switch all the way at the bottom, P4 will be the top speed. This is found on the wiper stalk.

P1: 3 blinks (slowest, or bottom position)
P2: 5 blinks
P3: 7 blinks
P4: Function turned off (fastest, or top position)

Set the intermittent wiper speed to the desired setting.

Use the Turn Signal stalk and push down like you want to activate the temporary left turn signal, the flashers should activate:

If the turn signal blinks once, you changed it to the "3 flashes" setting
If the turn signal blinks twice, you changed it to the "5 flashes" setting
If the turn signal blinks three times, you changed it to the "7 flashes" setting
If the turn signal blinks four times, you turned the function off.

Once this is done, cycle the ignition switch off, and back on, and it should be changed.
