Default 18's or 19's... can't decide

Hey All,

I am trying to put a new wheels/tire on my car.. and am debating..
I have stock 18's currently and if I buy the 18' wheels then I can just reuse my stock tires..
but if I get 19's I would need a new tires as well..
I don't want anything too aggressive or over the top style.
I want BBS LM style wheels but can't decide 18 or 19..
I see some of you putting on 20's but I personally think they are little too big.
what are you guys input on wheel size?
if any of you have aftermarket wheels with size 18 or 19, please post pics!

Personally, if I were to change wheels, I'd upsize to 19s and bite the bullet on tires. The BBS LM would look too small at 18" because of the thick rim around the spokes which shortens the spokes and gives the illusion the wheel is a 17 or even a 16". Good luck.

that is the exact reason why I'm thinking about the 19's.
I think putting 18's would make the wheel look too small. thanks for the help.

why not 20's? A few of the rides I've seen with 20's looked good. There are also decent tire options available for 20's....at least for the GTR. But, now that I think about it, maybe not for the narrow IS wheels. I'm used to 10-12" wide wheels...lol

I'd go with the 19's. Be careful when you upsize about increasing unsprung weight--the stock wheels are a tick over 28lbs (not sure what the tires weigh). The Toyota sixes are not exactly powerhouses, and you don't need to slow these cars down.

Definitely go with at least a 19" setuip if your planning to upgrade.
