Pattern designs
Had some inquiries regarding the bumper designs, we use computer cut designs that are precise fit to the edges of the protected areas. I have attached our design files for your viewing:
3M base model
3M F-sport model
DAP base model bumper
DAP f-sport bumper
Due to the shape and complexity of this specific bumper , there are multiple levels involved in applying the film. Therefore some seams will be unavoidable throughout the bumper. With proper care and maintenance the seams are not visible and remember that the film is a protection. Some shops I know will remove bumpers however I always think that once items like this are removed they may not fit back 100% like original. Hope that helps,
John

There is also some of the other protection items on the 3M image. Items like the headlights, rocker panels, rear trunk ledge, etc are very worthwhile items to cover as they are very vulnerable.

Here's a full hood and bumper package in Avery Nano-fusion on an Rx350
One piece for the full hood is most popular now as you do not see any seam running across the width of the hood. Also if the paint is not waxed and cleaned regularly there will be fading on the unprotected areas of the hood and if the film ever needs to be removed there will be a visible difference in the paint.
We raise the front of the vehicle up for the bumper installation to avoid contamination. This bumper design is one piece. Headlights are also applied. Notice the edges on the hood are all wrapped so you do not get any chips on the front edges of the hood. Some shops may not wrap edges and this leaves a vulnerable area right at the front of the hood.
After -
The film has extremely good optical clarity and topcoat finish. The Nano-fusion product is also stain resistant and beads water like it was waxed an hour ago.

Hi John,
I am also looking to get the same thing done for my white 2014 IS350 Fsport (just like Denni's car). I picked it up about 10 days ago and still looking for the right installer. I also look to get Cquartz apply by Bryan.
Please let me know how much the cost to get the same thing done.
Thank you

what do you guys think of this scuff test? It looks like Avery Nano Fusion did not pass the test.

Thank you for posting the review,
The film they have tested there is the Avery Topcoat which is the first generation film released from Avery. The Nanofusion is the replacement film which is called a "second generation" paint protection film.
The topcoat is pretty much comparable to older 3M or equivalent films.
I would like to see a test on the Nanofusion like that.
Hope that helps,
Thanks!
John

Our option D which includes full front bumper, full hood, front of fenders retails at $850.
Most of the time we will include items like the headlights & rear trunk ledge included in that package as well.
Thanks,
John

Can you do this one in one day? I don't want my car stay overnight.
